Refund policy

All products sold on this store are digital ebooks, delivered by email. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and orders are not eligible for refunds once your download email has been sent.

 

Preorders: some titles are sold as direct preorders, and your download email arrives as soon as the book is finished. If you change your mind before your preorder has been delivered, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

 

Delivery problems: if your download email never arrives, your file will not open, or you were charged twice, contact us through this store and we will make it right — a fresh download link, a replacement file, or a refund of any duplicate charge.

 

EU/UK customers: by purchasing digital content, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery of digital content has begun, as permitted under consumer protection law.
